We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
How do I ensure I select the correct size for ethnic wear?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips and comparing them to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest going one size up for a comfortable fit.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items with original tags intact. To initiate an exchange or return, please visit our Returns Portal with your order ID and email address.
Do you provide customization or tailoring services?
Currently, we offer pre-stitched standard sizes. However, many of our semi-stitched lehengas and suits are designed with extra margins to allow for easy local alterations.
How should I care for my Sanskruti garments?
Most of our products feature delicate hand-embroidery or silk fabrics. We strictly recommend dry cleaning only to maintain the fabric quality and the integrity of the embellishments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes within India.
